Shipping & Returns Policy
Once a return parcel has been lodged with the carrier, CKIN Swim cannot accept responsibility for items lost or delayed in transit. We strongly recommend retaining your tracking details until your return has been successfully received and processed.
Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate, as orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items and any associated exchange shipping fees. For orders placed outside Australia, additional customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Sale Items
Products purchased during promotional events, clearance sales, or marked as Final Sale are considered non-returnable and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or credited unless the item is faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns may be requested within 30 days of the purchase date for either:

Store credit, or

A size exchange (subject to availability)
Unfortunately, returns requested after the 30-day period cannot be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear.
All original tags, hygiene liners, and packaging must be intact and included with your return.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items where the hygiene liner has been removed, altered, or is no longer attached. Any items returned without their original tags or hygiene protection will be declined and returned to the sender.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact info@ckinswim.com as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Items reported after being worn, washed, or used after 30 days may be considered general wear and tear and may not qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
All faulty item claims are subject to assessment by CKIN Swim in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
